Tap is an exciting dance form that makes you the musician AND the dancer. Tap Dance helps with learning musicality, rhythm, and great for preventing Alzeimer’s in our adult dancers!

Jazz is an energetic and expressive style of dance. It’s a dynamic form of personal expression that can be performed to a wide range of music from traditional jazz to pop, and is known for its intricate footwork, high-energy jumps, and fast turns.

Hip Hop & Break Dance encompasses a variety of ever evolving dance styles built on the foundation of many greats. This style of dance is very popular in commercials, movies, used by back-up dancers for concerts, by artists in music videos, and more!

Through dance, children develop spatial awareness, become less clumsy, and pay more attention to others sharing their space. Children struggling with language can express their feelings with immediacy through dance and movement.
