This vibrant studio offers a diverse curriculum designed to foster a love of dance across all ages, from 3 to adult, in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our comprehensive class offerings include Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, and Ballet, catering to a wide spectrum of dancers. From young beginners exploring foundational skills in Baby Tap & Ballet and Kindergarten Poms & Hip Hop, to intermediate and advanced students refining their technique in specialized classes like Beginner/Intermediate Pointe and Advanced Pointe, Dance Explosion provides enriching sessions for everyone. Students benefit from instruction by skilled professionals who encourage artistic expression and growth. Our season aligns with the New Richmond Public School District calendar, ensuring a consistent schedule. For those seeking competitive opportunities, Dance Explosion features dedicated competition teams with numerous pathways to train and perform at a high level in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop across elementary, middle school, and high school divisions. Summer sessions offer unique choreography and skill development, with at least two summer sessions recommended for dancers aiming for the 2026-2027 competitive season. A non-competition track is available for younger dancers, while older students can explore advanced choreography and performance techniques regardless of current team status.
