Madison Dance Collective, located in Madison, Alabama, is a vibrant community dedicated to fostering a deep love for the art of dance in a supportive and inclusive environment. Led by owner Michelle Nelson, the studio offers a comprehensive range of styles for dancers of all ages and skill levels, nurturing both technical prowess and creative expression. The diverse curriculum includes Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater, Aerial, Ballroom, and Zumba. The Collective Company is under the direction of Sara Rogers, who brings extensive competitive and choreography experience. Taylor Juergens, Tap Program Director, specializes in tap, jazz, lyrical, and technique. Annie Eisenhart, Curriculum and Artistic Director, boasts a strong background in hip hop, tap, jazz, and lyrical, including a national championship win for a hip hop production. Alex Garner, Head Ballet Instructor, brings over 25 years of experience in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and musical theatre, with expertise in Vaganova and Balanchine methods. Alivia Rosenthal, Early Childhood Program Director, infuses warmth and creativity into programs for younger dancers. Madison Dance Collective prides itself on building confidence, motivating students to reach their personal best, and creating a space where talent, teamwork, and self-expression can thrive. The studio emphasizes the importance of balance in extracurricular activities and is committed to building a strong community where families feel welcomed and valued. While currently in the process of constructing its permanent home on Chestnut Drive, temporary classes are held at 97 Shorter Street, Suite F.
