Bear Cubs Playgroup
Bear Cubs is a transition group for 2 year old children with parent participation, which features creative movement, obstacle course, circle time and snack. This is a pre preschool experience .
Tiny Tykes
Classes are organized with parent participation for the walking toddler (18 months-3 years). Using music throughout the class with props like streamers, maracas and other aids, the learning experience is fun and intriguing. Siblings are welcome to participate.
Creative Movement and Tumbling
An energetic class for boys and girls using props and music to encourage the children to be creative in their movements. Basic tumbling skills and jumps are introduced.
Youth Tumbling
An introduction to tumbling with focus on body control, flexibility, strength, jumps, leaps and beginning tumbling. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for Intermediate Tumbling.
Beginning Cheer
Learn all of the fundamentals of cheer-leading: Cheers, Motions, Dance, Jumps, Kicks, Voice Projection and Beginning Tumbling. Emphasis is placed on correct technique and form and building the proper foundation for safety and advancement.

Hip Hop Dance
Join instructor TeShawn Anderson-Johnson for this high energy introduction to the world of Hip Hop Dance. Designed for young movers in kindergarten or older. Students will learn the basics of poppin', lockin and robotin' to high energy, age appropriate beats.
Contemporary Dance
A style of theatrical dancing that is not as restricted as classical ballet. Sometimes it takes the form of 'modern dance' or gives an interpretation of music or thought. Classes combine several dance forms, focusing on technique and "dropping the weight" for a more grounded movement quality. Expressive movement and the abstract ideas of modern dance are fused with many different movement ideas.
Ballet/Jazz classes
Ballet/Jazz classes are a combination of ballet, jazz and tumbling for children in kindergarten and older. The tradition and discipline of ballet and the dynamics and excitement of jazz make for a well rounded dance experience. Classes are offered for different age groups and at different levels.
Creative Movement and Tumbling
Creative Movement and Tumbling is an energetic class for boys and girls ages 3-5. Music and props are used to encourage the children to explore movement and to exercise. For many children this may be the first exposure to listening, following directions and co-operating with a group. Tumbling portion of the class consists of basic skills, low to the floor balance beam and an obstacle course.
Pre-Ballet
Pre-Ballet classes are for 3-5 years old. Students are introduced to ballet in this fun-filled class. As they learn the basic techniques they will also learn proper classroom etiquette and group cooperation. Some tumbling is included.
Beg. Jazz for Teens
This class will introduce Jazz basics and Jazz choreography. The intention of this class is to provide a chance for those older kids who didn't take dance lessons when younger, and have found beginning options for themselves mostly involve taking class with children much younger than themselves. What to wear? Exercise clothes are easiest. No cut off shirts showing mid section, and no low cut shirts. Black Jazz shoes can be worn, or barefoot.
Hip Hop
A high energy, fun class that will break down the fundamentals of Hip Hop. All levels welcome.
Modern Dance
A free, expressive style of dancing started in the early 20th century as a reaction to classical ballet. In recent years it has included elements not usually associated with dance, such as speech and film. Modern Dance is interpretive and expressive, which allows both the choreographer and the dancer to be creative.
Ballroom Dance
Come explore different forms of ballroom dance from Salsa to Lindy Hop. This class is open to adults and teens with or without a dance partner.

Ballet/Jazz classes are a combination of classical ballet, jazz dance and the fun of tumbling for students kindergarten and older. Each class has the tradition and discipline of ballet and the dynamics and excitement of jazz. Classes are offered for different age groups and levels.

Family Playgroup / INDOOR PLAYGROUND
Family playgroup offers open time for toddlers and preschoolers to use our space and equipment under parent supervision. The large open area and equipment create a playground atmosphere.

Timed for Home-school students ages 10-18, this American dance form is taught by long time caller Michael Preskitt, assisted by Debbie Preskitt.
Courses
Basic Self Defense for Seniors
This course is for men and women ages 60 and up. ( may also be appropriate for those with special needs) The instructional objective is to improve the personal safety of seniors through pro-active strategies and physical techniques which address issues unique to their are group. This course is designed to empower seniors through education, dependency on self, decision making responsibility and self realization of physical power. The course is taught in ten (10) one and a half(1.5) hour long sessions. Each participant will receive a manuel for reference. The non-physical portions of this program may also be presented to groups independent of the physical aspects.
The Basic Self-Defense course
The Basic Self-Defense course is a 12 - 16 hour course. Cost is $75.00 plus the $40.00 AMAC registration fee scholarships are available - no woman will be turned away Basic Physical Defense course outline: Utilizing R.A.D. student manual , students will be involved in a discussion of risk reduction strategies, the acquaintance rape mentality, the continuum of survival defensive strategies, and the basic principals of defense. The pros and cons of defensive weaponry,how to develop a defensive mindset, understanding offensive and defensive postures, recognizing vulnerable locations, and utilizing personal weapons will also be discussed. Hands on training: The techniques utilized by RAD Systems are based on simple gross motor skills and are developed to the point that they become instinctual through repetition. Students will have the opportunity to use these techniques in dynamic impact training by striking padded equipment held by the instructors. All techniques in the basic course target a single attacker.
RAD Basic Physical Defense Course
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a Martial Arts program. Our courses are taught by nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors and provide each student with a workbook/reference manual.

radKIDS Personal Empowerment Safety Education Program
The radKIDS Personal Empowerment Safety Education Program is a 12-hour family centered safety education program that emphasizes essential decision-making skills as well as physical resistance options to escape violence. Children from 5-12 years of age participate in the program with their adult partners to create a true safety partnership.
Keychain Defense Options
This course is a minimum of 4 hours. The R.A.D. Keychain Defense Options course is one of the only realistic and court-defensible impact weapons programs available for the general public. Combining proven R.A.D. Physical Defense strategies with revolutionary impact weapons defense techniques makes this program a worthy addition to the R.A.D. System. Realistic employment, combat effectiveness, ‘light impact”, fluid transitions and even simulation training exercises are all part of this program. This program revolves around use of the Kubaton in conjunction with weapon-enhanced physical skills. “No Flash and Trash” techniques here, only the best of the best! Student manual and defensive keychain are provided.
