Pilates Quartets

Our Pilates Quartets offer small, intimate equipement classes with a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a supportive environment. These sessions use reformers, cadillacs, wunda chairs, and other small equipement at the teachers discretion. Pilates quartets focus on improving flexibility, balance, and overall core strength. Pilates is known for strengthening those often-overlooked smaller muscles. It is perfect for anyone looking to enhance theirfitness practice in a more focused and tailored setting.

Yamuna Body Rolling

This technique is like doing yoga on the ball with ab work. It is so satisfying to lengthen out the muscles of the body, utilize your breath while expanding your knowledge of anatomy.

Pilates Mat

The Matwork is intended to strengthen the muscles along the spine and outward to the entire core from head to tail. The 36 exercise based program creates flexibility in the entire body but especially in the back. Becca’s class combines the traditional matwork exercises with reformer based exercises. She incorporates props to help achieve the goal of each exercise. All levels are welcome.

freeFORM Board

This class combines Pilates and yoga-inspired movement on a smooth, rolling platform for a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and flow. See an image example of the class at the bottom of the page.

Small Barrel Class w/ Props

Pilates created this piece of equipment to encourage flexibility in the spine and core strength. Join us for a full body workout which leaves you feeling taller.

Use momentum and swinging motions to warm up and increase range of motion in this intermediate class. Long holds are used to build strength and deep flexibility. Focuses include shoulders, legs and back. This is not a yoga class.
