The foundation encompasses the renowned Lula Washington Dance Theatre Company, known for its innovative and provocative choreography that fuses African, Afro-Haitian, gospel, classical ballet, modern, street styles, and theatrical performance. The company's repertoire showcases the work of founder Lula Washington, alongside esteemed choreographers like Rennie Harris, Donald Byrd, and Kyle Abraham, as well as emerging talents such as Tamica Washington-Miller, who also serves as Associate Director and Choreographer.
