Windsor Dance Academy

Perfect for adults that want to learn social dances with a partner. This can be incorporated into wedding routines too! Learning a simple routine for your first dance that will make a memory for a life time.

Maximum Motion is for dancers who just can’t get enough! We want to showcase the talent at Windsor Dance Academy while showing audiences how much we love to dance! Being part of a dance company is an experience your child will never forget. Dancers learn life skills, become experts at mastering choreography and make life long friendships. Multiple performance opportunities will take your dancer’s skills to the next level.

Classes are offered in Ballet, Lyrical and Jazz for Teens. Dancers learn routines for technique in the chosen form of dance. Stretching, strength and periodic acrobatics to stay limber.

Dancers gain strength, flexibility and coordination. Movements are sharp and danced to a precise beat with popular and age appropriate music.

Dancers learn grace, poise and agility as they develop proper ballet technique and dance to classical music. All children’s dance classes end with acrobatics.

Private Lessons – $50/half hour or $48/half hour, when you sign up for 4 classes.

Leotard or t-shirt. Dance pants, leggings or shorts. No Jeans! Tan Jazz Shoes.

T-shirt or tank top. Dance pants or shorts. No Jeans! Tennis Shoes worn Only in dance studio.

Dancers should come dressed in the appropriate attire for their class. Leotard & Tights. Skirts, dance shorts, leg warmers OK. Pink Ballet Shoes.

Maximum Motion Rehearsal class requiring 2 classes, taught by Ms. Diane, Miss Jay, Miss Carter in Studio B on Fridays from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

These classes are grouped for the 6 – 9 years old. Classes include stretching and dance routines set to fun music in the genre of dance chosen.

Summer Dance is intended for serious dancers to focus on technique and strength.

6 – 8 year Ballet class taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B, meeting on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.

4 – 6 year Ballet class taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B, meeting on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM.

3 – 5 year Ballet class taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B, meeting on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM.

12 yrs. & Older Jazz class taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B on Thursdays.

6yr & Older Lyrical class taught by Miss Holly in Studio A on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM.

6 + years Acrobatics class, Dance Class Required, taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B, meeting on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

Dancers learn beautiful, flowing choreography set to all kinds of music. Lyrical combines ballet technique with an emphasis on freedom of expression and acrobatic tricks (modifiable for all levels.)

These classes are grouped for the 3 – 5 years old. Classes include stretching and dance routines set to fun music in the genre of dance chosen.

Taught at the end of each dance class for ages 3 yrs. thru 11yrs. Separate Acrobatic class available on Thursdays 4:45 – 5:45 pm.

8 – 10 yr Jazz class taught by Miss Holly in Studio A on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM.

Dancers learn exciting routines to popular music while gaining strength, flexibility and coordination. Jazz combines ballet technique with an emphasis on spunky performance quality and exciting, large movements like leaps and high kicks.

These classes are grouped for the 6 – 9 years old. Classes include stretching and dance routines set to fun music in the genre of dance chosen.

10 yrs. & Older Ballet class taught by Ms. Diane in Studio B, meeting on Thursdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM.

Teen Lyrical class taught by Miss Carter in Studio A on Thursdays from 5:50 PM to 6:50 PM.

Weeklong summer camps offer classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical & acrobatics! Dancers will perform for parents on the last day of camp. They will develop their dance technique and work on creativity and improvisation skills while working in small groups with other dancers and teachers.
