Join me for an uplifting experience as we dance in the joyful FCBD® Style! Just follow my lead and allow your body to express itself. Knowing the fundamental steps can enhance your experience, but don’t worry if you’re a beginner. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated! Remember to bring your water bottle and zills if you have them; if not, simply let your spirit guide you. We’ll embrace moments of silent reflection between songs before diving back into the dance.

Everyone is welcome to learn and dance (18+). Join us in cultivating both strength and beauty as we embrace dance together in a supportive environment, where you'll delve into the unique FatChanceBellyDance® Style through partner formations and improvisation from your very first class. Follow the FCBD® Style format and build up your dance skills progressively, or just attend single classes as your schedule allows.

Level 3 | Teacher approval required. Join us for an exciting class where we dive into advanced group improvisation concepts and formations. You’ll refine your technique through focused practice of steps and combinations, all while receiving valuable feedback to elevate your skills. This is your chance to showcase your FCBD® Style Group Improv dance abilities and discover what you’re truly capable of! Each class will feel like a private lesson, immersing you in advanced FCBD® Style group improvisation. We will dance, drill, and sweat together, receiving loving feedback that nurtures your technique and posture. Our shared goal is to master our movement vocabulary, enabling fluid improvisational performances. Embrace peer critiques and lively discussions on musicality, flow, and performance presence, all while experiencing the joy of dancing without overthinking.

Level 1.5 | Teacher approval required. Embrace the opportunity to apply your knowledge from Dance Fundamentals and step boldly out of your comfort zone into the improv FUN zone! Explore exciting concepts like formations, fades, leading and following, musicality, and discover how to weave it all together. Experience the joy while you refine your Level 1 vocabulary!
