Synergy Dance Academy

Synergy Dance Academy adult classes keep you moving and grooving while you have fun, reduce stress, and get your exercise. These classes welcome adults regardless of previous experience, and are designed for you to connect with your body, music, and take some quality time for yourself!

Our teen/sr program offers a variety of levels and styles to meet the needs of every dancer ages 12-18. Whether it’s your first dance class or another year towards your professional development, we have great classes for you! This nationally recognized program cultivates a positive and structured learning environment, and gives teens/srs a healthy outlet to express themselves, expand mentally and physically, grown technically and artistically, all while making friends and having fun!

Our jrs programs is a diverse program that has something for everybody ages 6-11. These age and level specific classes are fun, friendly, and encouraging while offering a solid foundation and challenge in technical and artistic development. We help you custom build your schedule to help meet your goals, and kids can explore their creative voice while strengthening their bodies and their confidence through our highly accredited jrs program!

These classes are specifically designed to engage your dancer with skills that are best suited for their development in their early stages of life. Each class is created to maximize growth in confidence, social skills, motor function, balance, grace, and cognitive and creative development. Our certified staff is passionate about creating a loving environment where your child can grow, explore, and fall in love with dance!
