Led by seasoned instructors Vicky Fields Forero and Tony Forero, the studio offers a rich tapestry of dance experiences. Vicky brings 25 years of dancing and 15 years of teaching experience, specializing in Jazz, Ballet, and Ballroom dance. Her expertise extends to a dynamic array of Latin styles including Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Cha-cha, Merengue, Rumba, and Cumbia, alongside swing dances like Swing, Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, and West Coast Swing, and traditional ballroom forms such as Tango, Argentine Tango, Waltz, and Foxtrot. Tony Forero, a lifelong Salsa dancer from Bogota, Colombia, infuses his teaching with authentic, energetic style, masterfully blending Miami Cuban Rhythm with L.A. moves and fast Colombian footwork in his Salsa instruction, also sharing his passion for Cumbia and Vallenato. Tony is also a skilled West Coast Swing dancer. Both instructors are committed to breaking down fundamentals, enhancing body action, connection, and footwork, guiding students from beginner to advanced. Vicky Fields Dance emphasizes personalized learning, with Vicky drawing from her world-class coaching experience to help students set goals, evaluate strengths, and develop tailored plans covering rhythm, timing, balance, posture, style, and a variety of moves.
