Dance Connection, located in Trinidad, Colorado, has been a vibrant cornerstone of the local arts community since its establishment in 1997. Founded by the LePlatt family, the studio has flourished, growing from its initial 20 students into a highly successful and long-standing institution. Dance Connection offers a diverse and enriching range of classes designed to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. Explore the grace of Ballet, the rhythm of Hip Hop, the energy of Jazz, and the percussive artistry of Tap. Our curriculum also embraces the flowing movements of Musical Theater and Contemporary dance, alongside the captivating steps of Salsa and Bachata. For unique cultural experiences, we delve into the expressive world of Flamenco. More than just technical training, Dance Connection fosters self-esteem, confidence, and individuality, creating a loving and caring environment where students can express their uniqueness through movement. Parents often note how the studio has become a second home, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere cultivated by our dedicated instructors. Highly praised for their passion and positive impact are Ms. Deb Chongway, Ms. Lesley (who also coaches gymnastics and tumbling), and Ms. Kaitlin Cress.
