Our dance classes are designed to help you develop grace and fluidity in your movements. You’ll learn short choreographies built on salsa and bachata basics, along with elegant arm styling. It’s the perfect blend of fitness, rhythm, and fun—set to the music you love and shared with a community of like-minded women.

Dancing with a partner is fun and easier than you think! In our lessons, you’ll start with the basic steps for both dances and learn essential leading and following techniques. Then, we’ll build on that foundation with simple moves you can use at any social event. No partner? No problem—we’ll pair you up during class ?

This is an unlimited class package valid for 8 weeks. The price is per class per person unless otherwise stated. Class duration is 55 mins. Couples can share the 4 and 8 class packages. You can pay with cash or card at the studio. An unlimited package can be frozen once during its validity period with prior notice.
