Sparkling Spinners dance class is for children ages 3-4! This perfect introductory class focuses on transitioning children into taking class independently from a parent or caregiver, an important developmental skill for this age. During class, children learn basic pre-ballet skills, coordination, and balance through the use of fun props and engaging dance activities. Expect lots of smiles and fun as they explore the joy of dance!

Our Diva Dancers program offers our students exciting new opportunities to develop new skills in new styles of dance. Our Diva Dancers will grow and develop as dancers right before your eyes! Our Diva Dancers take tap, jazz, ballet and Lyrical as they progress in classes in Old Saybrook. Parents love the convenience of the program! Your student will LOVE learning about new styles of dance and make some new friends at the same time!

Funky Tumblers is a high-energy class that will make your child go head over heels with excitement! In our hip-hop and tumbling program, we give our students the encouragement needed to build their confidence by simply having a blast in dance class. This class teaches age-appropriate moves and progressions to songs that young kids can relate to. By exploring both hip-hop and tumbling, your child will increase their strength, flexibility, and coordination. This class is GREAT for both girls and boys! You will love seeing the sparkle in your child's eyes when they realize they can do anything they set their mind to!

Contemporary dance is a popular form of dance that incorporates ballet, modern, and jazz. This style works with multiple genres of music. Jazz is a requirement to take Contemporary.

Hip Hop is a highly aerobic and expressive form of Jazz dance. This class uses the latest music and moves presented in an age-appropriate manner. This type of dance helps develop rhythm, coordination, and musicality.

A freestyle dance involving strength and technique through isolated movements. Class includes a warm-up of muscles, strength development, stretch and flexibility isolations, turns, leaps and dance combinations.

This style of dance combines ballet and jazz and expresses the musical intent through the emotional execution of the body. Students are required to Ballet in order to take a Lyrical class.

The foundation of all dance forms. It develops poise and grace as well as flexibility and control. Classes include ballet barre, muscle warm-up and stretch, technique, body placement, balance work, turns, leaps and dance combinations.

Our choreography class is for children ages 7-12! This class is perfect for dancers to let their creativity flow and explore the basics of choreography. Students will learn the foundational skills of choreography, including the importance of creative expression, leadership in dance, and the concepts of space, time, energy, and more. They will have the opportunity to create dance sequences and teach their unique creations to others in the class. Young Creators of Dance envelops creativity, leadership, thought processes, and so much more, making it an enriching experience for every young dancer.

Little Limelights, our musical theater class for children ages 4-7! Perfect for both boys and girls, this class features age- and developmentally-appropriate music, choreography, games, exercises, and skills. Our educational philosophy is child-centered and nurturing, allowing students to bring their full and true selves to every class. Each lesson offers ample space for movement and imagination, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for every young performer.

Funky Tumblers is a high-energy class with instruction in basic Hip Hop moves, isolations, acrobatics, tumbling skills, and tricks. Age-appropriate music and moves! This fun class is perfect for both boys and girls. This class is offered at both our Hebron and Old Saybrook locations.

Dazzling Dancers is a tap and pre-ballet combination class. Monthly themes and time for creative movement will ensure your dancer leaves class with a smile every week! Two levels of this class allow your dancer to progress. This class is offered at both our Hebron and Old Saybrook locations.

Tiny Twirlers is a creative movement dance class for students ages 2-3 and the perfect introduction to dance. This is a parent/caregiver participation class where parents are encouraged to help their child participate, follow directions, and stay on task. Expect lots of fun, smiles, and movement exploration in this class! This class is offered at both our Hebron and Old Saybrook locations.
