Classes will be offered in multiple skill levels. Hip-Hop evolved in the 1970's as part of hip-hop music culture. Early development of the dance form was popping, locking and breaking. It has grown throughout the years into many styles; soft or smooth, jazz funk, krump, and freestyle. Hip-hop is a fun upbeat energetic class which combines street moves with technical jazz elements.

Contemporary/Lyrical class combines the ballet and jazz styles and introduces a more emotional and fluid component. In this class dancers will work on basic dance technique and also learn combinations to pick up style and showmanship.

Classes will be offered in multiple skill levels. Clogging is an upbeat style that uses footwork percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms. Very high-energy and similar to tap.

Classes will be offered in multiple skill levels. Jazz class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz to help develop a well rounded dancer. Class curriculum is based on traditional jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations.

Classes will be offered in multiple skill levels. Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun.

Classes will be offered in multiple skill levels. Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Ballet will maximize technique and longevity in a career of dance. It provides grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Students are taught proper body placement, body alignment, barre and center floor work, along with across the floor combinations.

Pom is a great combination of both Cheerleading, Tumbling and Jazz, mixed with just a touch of Hip Hop! It is a very high energy class. Learning the basics of tumbling at a beginner level while also focusing on the different aspects of a Pom class. Pom/Tumbling encourages and teaches proper technique, motor skills, stage presence, and more!

Suitable for ages 6-8. This class is an hour long class that meets once a week. Mix-It is geared toward the first time dancer, allowing them the opportunity to try multiple genres in one season. Mix-It will be structured with a beginning warm up and stretch each week followed by a rotation of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and HipHop based instruction and choreography. This class will spend portions of the time working on two or more different styles, giving the children a fantastic base and exposure to different types of dance. Mix It students will participate in 3 recital numbers.

Suitable for ages 3-5. This class is a 45 minute class that meets once a week. Combination class is a mixture of Ballet, Tap and a beginning base of jazz. This class is great for teaching children the beginning fundamentals of ballet, tap, and jazz. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance. Dancers will gain flexibility, basic technique, and self-confidence through repetitive motor skill, coordination and rhythm practice.

Suitable for ages 2-3. This class is a 30 minute class that meets once a week. Class is designed to expand dance related motor skills. Creative Movement develops coordination and self-expression through simple dance movement and music. This class uses a wide variety of music, props, and balancing techniques. Perfect for the first time tiny dancer to get used to the dance class setting.
