Company performance Competition Team! All NDCE students are eligible if they are ages 5-19. Auditions are held at the studio on June 16th at 5:30 for the 2023-2024 school year.

Lyrical is a class that is almost a combination of jazz and ballet. Long lines and body placement are used while learning leaps and turns to the soft top songs. This type of dance uses a lot of emotion. This class is offered to age 7 and up at all levels.

Hip Hop is a form of dance that you would find in the latest music video. These cool intricate steps are put together to the top songs of the times. We offer this class in Jr. classes age 5 and up. Hip Hop classes are age appropriate always with the moves that are thought along with the songs. We are now excited to announce we have a boys only Hip Hop class.

Jazz is a fast paced class that will focus on turns and leaps. Body lines are very important with this class. Not only do we focus on body lines but you learn how to isolate your body parts and do complicated dance combinations. We offer this class in all levels and ages 7 and up.

Acrobatics is tumbling. Dancers gain muscle, strength, and flexability while takeing this class. Each student will learn the simplest trick from a front roll to the hardest of no handed like front and back tucks. This class is offered in our combo classes. We also offer this class for any age and any levlel.

Tap is a style where all students instantly become musicians. Tappers learn rhythms and patterns. In this class students use their feet to make beautiful sounds on the floor. Tap makes dancers really count music and use their imagination to come up with new rhythms.

Ballet is offered at all levels. This beautiful style is the core of all dance. In this class you will learn proper body lines and body placement. Not only does ballet help with all forms of dance it also helps with any athletic activities. We offer separate ballet classes for the ages of 7 and up. Pointe is offered to our advanced dancers that have mastered ballet skills.

Jazz, Tap is also offered to our 5 and 6 year old dancers This combo class will focus on the fundamentals for each jazz and tap. These classes will help with flexibility and learn beginning Tap skills. Dancers love to learn new tricks like different turns, leaps, splits, and keep up with the newest dance moves. We love to keep these classes age appropriate.

Ballet/Jazz is a combination class that incorporates the fundamentals of ballet and jazz in one class. This class is great for our 5 and 6 year olds. At this age the dancer is now able to start ballet at the barre. They concentrate on body placement working through their feet and using proper technique. After moving slow and concentrating so hard, we then switch up to upbeat faster music. In Jazz the dancer will learn leaps, turns, and combinations to dance across the floor. Tap will concentrate on the articulation of the ankle muscles. We will learn how to put different combinations of moves together to music with our feet.

Dancing Darlings is offered for our 3 and 4 year old dancers. In this class our dancers will learn the fundamentals of dance. We concentrate on using imagination as a tool to teach age-appropriate technique. They will incorporate ballet, jazz, tumbling and musical movement in this class along with the fundamentals of Tap. This class concentrates on teaching patterns and partner work. Dancers start to understand that you need to count the music to make patterns and work together to form a group dance. All dancers will need tap shoes and ballet shoes.

We offer many different styles of dance: Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theater and cheer/stunt. Classes are offered starting as young as age 2 and go to adults. We have fun for all ages. Come join the fun and become part of our dance family!
