Classes

Registration constitutes an agreement to attend classes for the entire academic year. A 30 Day Written notice is requested before your dancer can withdrawal from classes, otherwise your account will still have a balance for the following Month that you will be required to pay.

Elite Company Jazz/Modern

3+ years consecutive years required. at least 15 years old By Placement Only. This style of dance provokes, expresses, and reflects through movement the point of view of the dancer and/or choreographer. This combo class will change every week giving dancers a chance to learn technique from each genre with Jazz & its exciting & rhythmic music. Modern class emphasizes the use of the floor for centering & grounding oneself in movement. Concepts of over curve/ under curve & contraction/release musicality & rhythm will be explored. These classes will have eclectic blend of contemporary movement that would be glorifying to GOD!

Level II Jazz/Modern

3+ years consecutive years required.at least 10 years old By Placement Only. Level 1 Jazz/Modern

Tap

We offer two levels for this class. Level 1 will for ages 7 & up beginner level. Our level 2 Tap class is for Intermediate to advance tappers.

Junior Jazz

Ages 7yrs-10yrs No previous experience required. This style of dance is an exciting and ever changing dance form full of rhythm, syncopation, passion and life. Classes will be powerful, expressive and taught with upbeat positive music.

Pointe Technique II

By Placement only 4+ Consecutive years experience needed. Intermediate - Advanced with emphasis on pointe technique. Pre-pointe and Pointe Classes are an extension of Ballet and these classes are designed to train the young dancer to build her strength when dancing on Pointe shoes and develop her coordination and control.

Pre-Pointe Technique I

Ages 9yrs & up. Ballet Technique 1 offers a chance for serious& passionate dancers to continue working on ballet technique at barre & floor work. This class provides more one on one attention and optimal ability to grow in classical ballet technique.

Elite Company Ballet III

Ages 15years & up. B y placement only 4 + Consecutive years experience. Advanced technique with emphasis on pointe technique.

Intermediate Ballet Level II

Ages 12 & up. By Placement only Intermediate-Advance Ballet Class. At least 3 + Consecutive years ballet experience needed. Recommended to take Ballet Technique 2

Ballet Level I

Ages 10- 12 years of age. This is an Intermediate Level. At least 1+ year required. Placement exam may be required to register for this class. At least Two classes weekly recommended to be in this class. This class is designed to learn correct disciplines of batter, ballet positions, body alignment & center core work. Correct ballet terminology & history will be taught. Recommended to take Technique 1

Junior Class 1 Ballet

Ages 7-9 years of age. Basic ballet technique with little or no prior training. Designed to continue or begin learning the correct disciplines of barre, Ballet positions, body alignment and center floor work & correct ballet terminology.

Kinder Class

Ages 5-6years old. This class will learn age-appropriate Ballet steps along with correct terminology. Basic Tap is introduced along with a bit of fun tumbling for flexibility and strengthening.

Tiny Dancers Class

Ages 2.5 -4 years of age. No previous training needed. This combo class is designed to begin learning creativity, self-expression, and social skills and develop fine motor skills. They will learn age-appropriate Ballet steps along with correct terminology. Basic Tap is introduced along with a bit of fun tumbling for flexibility and strengthening.
