Rise Dance Academy, located in Nampa, Idaho, is dedicated to fostering holistic growth in students through dance. Since opening in 2021, the academy emphasizes building confidence, character, and community alongside dance technique. Our versatile program offers a vibrant and comprehensive dance education for students of all ages, from 18 months through adults, nurturing young dancers and supporting adult continuing education. We provide a wide range of classes including foundational styles like Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop, alongside dynamic Acrobatic classes covering beginner to advanced techniques, including limbering and aerial work. Specialized programs include 'Adult and Me' classes for the youngest learners and dedicated Adult Ballet and Jazz classes. Combo classes ensure a well-rounded introduction to multiple disciplines, while progressive levels allow students to refine their technique. Rise Dance Academy incorporates the latest advancements in dance pedagogy and psychological research, with a strong focus on foundational ballet techniques.
