Our adult program is specifically designed for new or returning dancers ages 18 and over. Classes are designed to be non-intimidating and are conducted in a comfortable, fun environment! Whether you want to strengthen and tone in Ballet or Gain new rhythms and skills in Jazz or Tap, we offer adult classes in almost all styles of dance!

Combining dance technique and tumbling tricks, Acro dance increases flexibility, strength, and versatility in a dancer. From cartwheels to handsprings, learn acrobatic skills that are athletic and amazing as you strengthen your technique through dance skills.

Our jazz dance program incorporates traditional jazz dance, modern jazz, Broadway and contemporary jazz dance styles. Jazz dance classes are fun, energetic, and set to popular music! Students will learn the multiple facets and techniques of Jazz dance with a focus on turns, jumps, isolations, progressions, and combinations across the floor, choreography and performance.

Latin dance is a fun and lively class, an introduction to the principles of authentic Latin dancing. Students will learn the basics of timing, rhythm, footwork, turns and patterns of Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha and Samba. In our Ballroom class, learn the fundamentals of both rhythm and smooth style dances, such as: Cha Cha, Waltz, Samba, Swing, Foxtrot, Salsa, and more in these fun classes!

Breathtakingly beautiful and innately expressive, Lyrical/Contemporary dance is a fusion of ballet, jazz, modern, and post-modern dance styles. Lyrical and Contemporary dance aims to interpret and illustrate the accompanying music in an emotionally expressive way through movement.

Ballet is the foundation of all other dance styles and is the core of our dance program. Our Classical Ballet curriculum is based upon the acclaimed Vaganova Method. Proficiency in classical technique, alignment, aplomb, strength, flexibility, vocabulary, ballet history and appreciation, artistry, and musicality are gained through the course curriculum.

Hip Hop teaches the latest trends in urban, break dancing, poppin', and freestyle dance movements. Learn the fundamental steps of one of the most popular dance forms in existence in these exciting classes! Set to the latest trends in urban music, students learn footwork, break dancing, poppin' and freestyle dance movements as influenced by some of today's hottest television shows and music videos.

Tap is a highly stylized dance form that includes variations known as Broadway, Buck, Hoofing, Rhythm, and Soft Shoe. Most people recognize tap dance from its percussive footwork, movements, and sounds that work together to create rhythmic patterns. This unique style of dance helps students understand and create different rhythms as they practice using their bodies as percussive instruments.

Designed for our youngest dancers, ages 2-4, these fun creative-movement classes focus on development of coordination, motor skills, listening skills, and musical and spatial awareness through the use of movement and imagination. Students learn the beginning elements, steps, and vocabulary of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop or Acro dance. Class size is limited-register early.
