Flip-Flop to Roundoff Flip-Flops

This class is for students that are wanting to learn flip-flops and roundoff flip-flops.

Sub-Novice to Advanced Tumbling

This class is for students who can perform a roundoff and continuous flip-flops to advanced tumbling.

Boys Tumbling

This is a boys tumbling class for levels beginner to advanced beginner level.

Sub-Novice to Novice

Sub-Novice - This class is for students that are learning how to complete roundoff 2 and 3 flip flops consecutively. Novice - This class is for students that are learning to complete roundoff 4 and 7 flip-flops consecutively.

Advanced Beginner - Flip Flops

This class is for students that can perform solid front and back walkovers, front handsprings, and round-offs. The students will be progressing towards learning flip flops and round-off flip- flops.

This class is for students learning front and back walkovers, round-offs, and front handsprings. The students will also be progressing towards learning flip-flops.

Beginner - Various Levels

Level 1 - This level is for students that are learning cartwheels, handstands, backbends, etc. Level 2 - This level is for students that can perform a cartwheel, handstand, and backbend. Level 3 - This is for students that can perform the skills in Level 2 in addition to a backbend pull-up on an incline mat. Level 4 - This is for students that can perform cartwheels, backbend pull-ups on a flat service, front limber. They will work on learning backbend kickovers and back walkovers.

Hot Shots

Children will learn basic stretches, beginning tumbling skills, balance and strengthening exercises. This class is taught in our fully carpeted tumbling gym which includes a rod floor, two tumble tracks, incline mats, an air floor and various other pieces of equipment designed specifically for this age group.

Tiny Tots

Students will receive instruction in stretching technique, beginning tumbling skills, and strengthening exercises. They will also work to improve and development their balance and coordination. Instruction takes place in our fully carpeted tumbling gym which includes a rod floor, two tumble tracks, incline mats, balance beam, and various other pieces of equipment designed specifically for this age group. Our preschool class is designed to keep students moving and learning in a structured and caring environment.

Tiny Tykes

Tiny Tykes tumbling is recommended for students ages 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 years. This class provides parents the opportunity to spend quality time with their child as the student learns basic tumbling skills while also developing their motor skills and coordination. This format also introduces children to the instructor/ student relationship in a relaxed atmosphere.
