Ready to groove with your little one? Tot & Me Class is designed for little ones to get moving alongside a trusted adult! Enjoy a 30 minute class with your little, focused on exploring movement and musicality.

Dancers gain balance, strength, and coordination as they explore how their bodies move. This curriculum is carefully designed to introduce young dancers to the fundamentals of dance in a structured, safe classroom environment while working on listening skills, following directions, and taking turns.

No partner? No problem! This class kicks off with a warm-up to work on basic technical skills, and moves into tango elements and concepts. Be sure to wear shoes that allow for pivoting, like tango or ballroom shoes. No tango experience required!

This 60-minute class focuses on mindfulness and gentle stretching of connective tissues. Spent entirely on the mat, there are no lunging, standing, or balancing poses in this class. Participants should bring a yoga mat, a yoga block or two, and the desire to relax.

Adult Ballet II is for adults who have had some ballet experience. As a 90-minute class, this is a step up from Adult Beginner Ballet, focused on strengthening classical ballet technique.
