KIDS AERIAL YOGA

Kids aerial yoga is playtime, exercise and mindfulness all in one. This 60 minute Aerial yoga class combines traditional yoga movements with the aerial arts to help kids increase their balance, strength and spatial/body awareness providing them with the opportunity to better understand their body. Many postures or activities in aerial yoga stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes calm throughout the body, allowing kids to experience what a calm mind and body can feel like and improving their focus. TL FIT

This full body, floor based workout combines a unique and fun fusion of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises! While this class is designed as a supplement to our Pole and Aerial classes, this class is amazing for anyone looking to get stronger, leaner, and more flexible in general so it's great for absolute beginners to the most advanced student. Join us and have fun getting in the best shape of your life!

FLEXY

Whether you love pole or aerial, flexibility is the key to amazing extension and lines that further beautify your dance. This class will help you safely make gains in your current range of motion by using both active and passive flexibility techniques. Flexy is great for ALL levels!..you don't have to be flexible to start, but you have to start to become more flexible!

CHAIR DANCE

Learn to dance your way on and around the chair in this in-depth chair fitness and dance class. Throughout the session we will learn the art of strip tease, lap dance, chair tricks, posing and put together choreography for a completely polished routine! Perfect for all fitness levels from absolute beginner to advanced!

6 Week Class Schedule
POLE-OGRAPHY

Learn choreographed routines that incorporate floor work, pole tricks, and transitions that will help build confidence, fuel creativity, and inspire your own dance. Leg warmers and knee pads are highly recommended. Heels are optional, but encouraged.

SPIN POLE

Spin Pole is a multi-level class in which you will work on developing the skills and techniques that will allow you to become stronger, more fluent, and master of your momentum! Whether this is your first experience with spin pole or you feel at home on spin, there is something for every level in this class! You will learn how to translate your static pole moves to spin, learn new tricks and transitions, as well as how to keep those beautiful combos spinning gracefully.

ADVANCED POLE

This is where all of your previous training comes together! At this level you will continue to build strength as your pole vocabulary grows. Controlled lifts and inverts, complex tricks, transitions and spins are the focus.

INTERMEDIATE POLE

You will be ‘climbing’ to new heights, gaining even more coordination and strength! Learn different styles of climbing, combination spins, and even more transitions to add to your ever growing repertoire. Safe inverting is introduced and practiced until perfected! You will truly be performing some beautiful moves and amazing even yourself at how far you’ve come!

BASIC POLE

These basic levels will really condition your body! You will build strength and confidence as you learn and practice correct technique, safety, and basic moves and poses. You will learn a variety of grounded spins, aerial spins, transitions, poses, as well as learning to allow yourself to ‘step out of the box’ and move around the pole comfortably and confidently! Once you are comfortable and master the basics, you will move on to learn more challenging spins including one leg and one arm spins, transitions, and work on polishing your dance flow. Climbing and pole sitting and standing are introduced.

SILKS

Silks is a beautiful, fun, and artful way to get an amazing full body workout. Students of all fitness levels will work on strength building and conditioning exercises, climbs, wraps, locks, and inversions.

SLING

Aerial sling uses the silks fabric in a hammock setup, similar to an aerial yoga class. Learn to use the sling to build strength and flexibility to perform beautiful poses, wraps, and transitions safely and with proper technique.

AERIAL SCULPT

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga asana movements with the aerial arts to provide physical, mental, and psychological benefits. Suspension from the hammock relieves pressure from your body, decompresses your spine, and creates space in your joints making you more mobile.
