Everybody Dance Now (EDN) is a program designed for students with Special Needs. This 30-minute class will include a warm-up, stretching, opening song, and across the floor jazz technique to help promote gross motor skills development. The dance routine will help to promote creative expression and encourage exercise. Dancers will also spend five to ten minutes of socialization time with students, parents, instructors, and peer buddies.

Lyrical

Lyrical dance is a beautiful blend of ballet and jazz, combining the technical elements of classical dance with the expressive freedom of contemporary movement. Danced to emotive music, lyrical dance allows dancers to tell a story through fluid, graceful steps and heartfelt emotion.

Tumbling

Tumbling is a gymnastics discipline in which participants perform a series of acrobatic skills. Younger students are encouraged to take a combo class, the class includes forward and backward rolls, backbends, cartwheels, and fundamental acrobatic strengthening and coordination skills. Hip Hop

Hip Hop classes focus on rhythm, coordination, and style, using age-appropriate music and movement. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of hip hop technique while building confidence, strength, and expression in a fun, upbeat environment. We offer hip hop classes, typically in a combo class, starting at age 5. Once a dancer is in 4th grade, they can take a standalone hip hop class.

Tap

Tap is a percussive style of dancing. Its name comes from the tapping sound made when the metal plates on the dancer's shoes touch a hard surface. We offer tap classes, typically in a combo class, starting at age 4. Once a dancer is in 4th grade, they can take a standalone tap class.

JAZZ

Jazz is a style of dance that is structured in technique while taking many shapes and forms. It can be performed to a vast variety of music from Broadway to Pop.
