Dedication Dance, located in Whiteland, Indiana, is a vibrant studio committed to fostering a positive and encouraging environment for dancers of all ages, from toddlers as young as 1.5 years old to adults. Led by owner and instructor Elizabeth Vandergrift, who brings over 30 years of extensive dance experience, including competition and convention work, alongside studies at IUPUI and Butler, the studio offers a comprehensive array of dance styles. Elizabeth's teaching expertise spans tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theater, ballroom, line dancing, and Zumba. The instructional team also includes Leslie Zepeda, a former student of Miss Elizabeth's, who now contributes as a teacher and choreographer. Dedication Dance caters to both recreational and competitive pursuits, providing foundational techniques and expressive forms for every passion. Specialized classes include Acro/Tumbling, BarreFit, and DanceFit for those seeking intense workouts. The studio proudly highlights its competitive tracks for Jazz/Lyrical and a dedicated Competition Team. For special occasions, Wedding and Specialty Dances are also available. Currently, Dedication Dance is hosting classes at the Silver Dragon Dojo, an expanded facility featuring a front lobby, locker rooms, a weight room, and two dedicated dance spaces, enhancing the overall learning experience. The studio encourages students to express interest in new class offerings via email, maintaining a responsive and community-driven approach to dance education. Whether embarking on their initial dance journey or seeking to advance their skills, Dedication Dance provides a supportive space for all participants to grow and explore their passion for movement.
