Ballet and tap curriculum utilized for each students ability .

Proper body alignment, stretching, and beginning ballet steps. Themed classes during the year. Musicality and counting learned through repetition.Focus placed on working in a structured class setting.Beginning tap and beginning tumbling alternated each lesson. Moving to next level is determined by instructor.

Vaganova utilized with vocabulary emphasized. Each level has an established curriculum that each dancer works at their own pace to master.Once completed, advancement to the next level occurs.

We have a Contemporary Competition Team that trains in this class.

Students with no prior dance experience must be enrolled in a ballet class to attend this class

Dancers that have never taken a Contemporary Class will learn basic Contemporary movement, turns, and tricks

Proper stretching technique at barre and center. Beginning ballet steps at barre and center. Musicality and memorization through repetition.Tap technique and tumbling continues each lesson. Adding a second class of Tap I (if one year of Pre-Ballet is complete ), Tumbling, or Beginner Dance Team/Hip hop / Jazz highly recommended. Moving to next level determined by instructor.
