Founded in 2018 by owner and director Makenzie, PDC offers a dynamic and inclusive environment with a structured program designed to meet diverse needs. Makenzie, a seasoned dancer and instructor specializing in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Tap, also brings Acrobatic Arts certification to the studio, ensuring high-quality instruction. The studio boasts two dance rooms and a talented faculty of five, including Assistant Director and Preschool Program Director Miss Sheela, and Miss Sophie, who leads Hip Hop for Levels 1 & 2. Miss Brooklynn, a former competitive gymnast, enhances the AcroDance program and offers private tumbling. PDC provides comprehensive training across a wide array of disciplines: Acrobatics, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theater, and Barre. Dancers can choose recreational classes for personal growth, join the Performance Company for local events, or aspire to the Elite Company for regional and national competitions. The studio emphasizes professionalism, discipline, and artistic development, with distinct seasons and significant performance opportunities like the annual Nutcracker in December.
