This 45 minute class that is focused on strength, mobility and flexibility for adults, whether it be the older generations or retired dancers that are looking to strengthen their body fluidity & gain back self empowerment & confidence.

These classes range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes, based on Level. Ballet: an essential style of dance aiding in all other styles. This class focuses solely on the technique of classical ballet while incorporating poise & strength. A ballet class is recommended alongside any other class. Jazz Technique: jazz elements like kicks, leaps and turns. Dancers can also enjoy the fun, fast paced style as they learn exciting combos utilizing great jazz style. Tap: this class will build on dancer's skills acquired from Pre-Dance classes, as they continue to learn rhythm and musicality as a tap dancer. Hip Hop: this high energy class is a fun introduction to the world of hip hop dance. Focusing on endurance, rhythm and choreography; hip hop is the perfect class for dancers of all ages.

After a dancer has completed the skills needed in Level 1 Academy classes, they are progressed through our Levels 2 through 4. Progression through these levels are based off skill reports in each style. A child could be a level 2 in Ballet but a Level 3 in Tap, depending on how they are progressing through each style.

Academy Level 1 Classes are introductory classes to multiple genres. These classes focus on a single style and will learn proper warm ups, techniques and basics of each dance genre.

This 50 minute class will provide the perfect foundation in tap and ballet as they experience both styles every class. We will begin learning how to move across the floor as well as dancing and stretching center floor. We will also introduce basic Jazz Technique and strength exercise to prepare your dancer for the Academy Level classes.

This 40 minute class is designed as your child's introduction to dance offering early ballet technique as well as beginning tap introduced while wearing ballet shoes. We use creative games and music to keep your little one engaged and learning throughout class.

Our fun and engaging Just 2's dance & tumbling classes for toddlers are designed to help them develop coordination, flexibility, strength, rhythm, and self-expression. These 30 minute classes are short but sweet in order to keep the kids' attention spans focused on class and get their energy out in a safe and controlled setting. We are getting our young toddlers set up for success to move up to our Academy Classes at HDJ Studios!

Enjoy a parent & toddler interactive class where we focus on flexibility, coordination & the basics of studio etiquette: standing in line & waiting our turn in a fun & safe environment with a mix of dance & tumbling basics. For ages 12-24 months (need to be walking).

Our fun and engaging Mommy & Me class is for expecting moms & parents of children ages 0-23 months. This is an interactive, low impact dance class for PARENTS while wearing your child on your person. This atmosphere encourages your child to enjoy music, light bouncing, light spinning/turning and to mimic what mommy/daddy is doing.

HDJS loves to encourage our 18+ friends to feel sassy & sexy. We host our "Bombshell" POP UP classes once a month on Friday nights! These classes are for you to let your hair down, let loose and feel sexy in a judge free and safe environment! Learn seductive dance combinations to some of our favorite SEXY songs! Just 2's Dance is a 30 minute class held on Saturday mornings in our Studio B Room. We focus on coordination, basic ballet & active skills, and dance class etiquette. Interactive dance games & activities are a must to have fun in this class!

Just 2's Tumbling is a 30 minute class held on Saturday mornings in our Studio B Room. We focus on coordination, flexibility and class etiquette while playing games and doing active courses to work on skills.

This 45 minute class focuses on strength and conditioning exercises for leaping, turning and jumping. This Medium impact class is for all levels of dancer that will get your body into "dance shape" in no time! Join Miss Mikayla on Tuesday nights!

This 45 minute class focuses on Jazz Funk and Hip Hop isolations, steps, across the floor combinations and short routines to music from the 80s, 90s and today's most popular songs! Wear workout clothes and tennis shoes and join Miss Mikayla in a class that helps you let loose and be stress free on Tuesday nights!

This 45 minute class focuses on the break down of tap sounds, steps and combinations. Tap shoes are required for this class! Join Miss Anne Marie on Wednesday nights for such a fun and low impact class!
