Sora Aerial Arts

Our Flexibility Program is designed specifically for gymnastics, cheer, dance, & aerial students. Our program helps each child achieve their Flexibility goals using the most effective training techniques including dynamic, active and resistance PNF methods. This program improves range of motion, mobility, active strength, and works towards higher level flexibility tricks.

The students in this program make up Sora Aerial Arts' Junior Company. The Junior Company trains 4-8 hours each week, takes part in community events and aerial theater performances. Youth students can qualify for the Junior Company with instructor approval and an annual audition.

Registering for Youth Aerial Rec lessons is the next step once your child has completed Youth Auditions: Intro to Silks and has been approved by the instructor to move on.

Youth Auditions: Intro to Silks is a two lesson series for any child over 8 years old wanting to try out aerial silks for the first time.

We have group fitness & dance classes for adults! We also have a free weights section that is available for personal training sessions or open gym membership.
