Comfy clothing, nothing tight that may restrict movement and flexibility. Shoes you’re comfortable in. If you cannot walk in heels then you cannot dance in heels, so pick a flat or appropriate heel. We recommend The Dancer In You if you are looking for practice shoes. Please Note: proper ballroom shoes have a suede sole that should not be worn outside.
