This is a combination class of tap and ballet. Here the building blocks for a strong dance foundation are taught. The students are introduced to the ballet barre with basic plie’ and tendu combinations. Progressions across the floor continue with the layering of new skills and steps. Vocabulary is reinforced so that your child begins to recognize steps through voice prompts instead of just following along.

This class is the perfect balance of creativity and structure. Through repetition of steps, taking turns, and working with others, your child will become socially and emotionally independent. You will delight in watching her growth as she is able to memorize songs and dances. Dance vocabulary is an integral part of your child’s dance training and is reinforced in every class. This class is a combination of ballet and tap lessons.

Our All Star dance program is for ages 13 and up. These classes are for intermediate and advanced level students. Classes are available in jazz, ballet, lyrical and contemporary.

We are passionate about enriching and uplifting each child through our dance lessons. Your child’s journey awaits with this combination class of ballet and tap. You’ll be amazed at her ability to follow instruction with routines that have her knowing what to expect. By building dance skills, we encourage our young dancers to learn ballet and tap terminology through their lessons. Learning simple twirls, leaps and jumps with an emphasis on self expression makes this a fun and engaging dance class.

The basic elements of ballet, tap and tumbling are taught in an age appropriate, nurturing environment. Children at this age and level begin memorizing the sequence of dance steps and learn ballet and tap terminology. The use of props such as teddy bears, wands, scarves, etc. help to develop your dancers creativity and make this dance class the highlight of your child’s week

The perfect beginner class for your budding ballerina. The minute you see her in her sparkle tutu and teddy bear the magic of dance classes begin for you both. By blending music, storytelling, dance, and creative movement you will watch your child grow with each little step and become more confident with each lesson. Basic ballet movement, introduction to tap dancing and tumbling are all a part of this preschool dance class.

These are sure to be just a few of the highlights of this class. Pre ballet, tap and basic tumbling are all introduced in this class.
