Under the expert guidance of owner and artistic director Nikki Girroir, a graduate of The University of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Modern Dance Performance and a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, the conservatory cultivates a passion for movement and artistic expression. Nikki's vision shapes a curriculum focused on discipline, heart, and innovation. The accomplished faculty also includes Felicia Pitcher, experienced instructor and competition coordinator; Mia Cote, specializing in jazz and precision jazz; Sammie Maagoul, with a background in education and a Master's in Special Education, teaching with patience and care; and Makayla Rodgers, bringing a research-informed approach with advanced degrees in Dance and Educational Leadership. The Dance Conservatory offers a diverse range of disciplines, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Acrobatic Arts, and Barre. Their structured Acro program follows Acrobatic Arts standards for progressive skill development. Students benefit from opportunities for both recreational exploration and intensive training, including summer trimester classes, full-day summer camps, and competitive programs such as an in-studio convention.
