The Link School of the Arts, nestled in Troy, Michigan, is a vibrant hub for artistic expression dedicated to fostering talent across diverse dance disciplines. Established in September 2002 by Kensington Community Church as a non-profit 501c3 organization, The Link has been inspiring lives through high-quality, affordable dance instruction for all cultures, ages, and skill levels. Our comprehensive curriculum encompasses foundational and advanced Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Ballroom dance styles, taught by a team of devoted instructors including School Director Betty Mitchell, Susan Howard, Andrew Kaczmarek, Katrice Ivory, and Riley Susan. Betty Mitchell brings decades of experience, while Susan Howard has been a key figure since the school's inception. The Link School of the Arts views arts as a powerful gift and means of communication, striving for a holistic development of each student—spiritual, physical, social, and artistic. Beyond instruction, we are committed to community outreach, sharing Christ-centered experiences through performances. Our vision includes nurturing professional talent, with a long-term aspiration to establish a professional ballet company in the metropolitan Detroit area.
