75 Min Hot Yoga Sound Fusion

Hot yoga is any form of yoga done in our warm to hot infrared heated yoga studio. Temperatures are between about 90 and 105 F. It can have many benefits, including better flexibility and lower stress, reduces inflammation, burns calories, and provides a great workout. This class is also infused with sound healing. Using ancient embodiment practices such as yoga and the life-changing force of the breath, individuals can radically change their lives. Hot Vinyasa Flow

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a popular type of yoga that combines the traditional Vinyasa Yoga practice with heat and humidity. Pilates Mix

This class is for the seasoned pilates enthusiast, utilizing all apparatus including chair, reformer, tower, and BOSU for a full body workout. It is recommended to attend Pilates level 1 a minimum of 4-8 times to be familiarized with the essentials of alignment and breath.

Pilates Fit

This class is faster paced and may utilize the jump board and other small equipment. It is not recommended for anyone with knee issues. The exercises may have bouts of cardio to challenge the body utilizing handheld weights. This is a higher-intensity class for the seasoned Pilates enthusiast.

Fundamental Pilates

This Class welcomes the new Pilates student to learn and experience the fundamentals of Pilates apparatus with a focus on gentle exercises for anyone recovering from injuries that will help to ensure recovery, strength, and flexibility.

Pilates 2

This class offers a higher level of competency and intensity of the exercises including standing on the reformer. The exercises are also of a higher resistance of springs challenging the body. The Tower and other small equipment are utilized for variety and functionality. If one has balance or height issues, then this class is not recommended.

Pilates 1

This class offers a variety of exercises that are slower paced and focus on form and alignment. If one has any limitations or injuries this class if the perfect level to attend as there is no standing on the reformer. The use of the tower allows one to focus on the importance of a strong core while utilizing the springs. If you are new to the Pilates method of training, you are encouraged to stay with this class for at least 8 sessions to familiarize yourself with the language and modality of training.
