Private Lessons for All Ages

Mrs. Olivia offers private lessons for all ages, in a myraid of styles. We focus on what YOU want to learn as the dancer; whether you're new to dance, wanting to learn a new style, intimidated by a classroom full of dancers, or wanting to improve technique before a competition.

Personal Training for Adults

At Olivia Allen Dance & Fitness, I focus on whole body health and wellness. We will work together as a team in every session, to discuss your goals and how they align with your fitness journey. Every new client will fill out a comprehensive client information form, then meet with Olivia for a 30 minute assessment where we will establish a baseline of your overall strength and cardiovascular health. Your health is my number one priority and a good client/trainer relationship is vital to your progress. 1 on 1 sessions depend on communication, trust, and dedication. If we aren't a good fit, I will gladly recommend another trainer in the area who may better suit your needs.

Power Hour

Our library features 50+ recorded classes and is growing each month. Enjoy everything from ballet to power hour, accessible through our Community Portal. This membership can be in addition to any Class Pass, or as a Standalone membership. Each month you also receive one free credit if you'd like to attend an in person class.

30 Minute Walking Challenge

30 minutes of lower impact walking you can do from anywhere! This class is available in the Library of Classes, "Content Library". Workout with upbeat music and a low impact workout that still packs a punch! This class is great for all fitness levels.

Sunrise Yoga

This class is not currently offered on the schedule. It will be added if enough interest is expressed. A gentler, less intensive form of yoga that's perfect for all fitness levels - you'll ease your overactive mind, while reconnecting with your bodies and breath. Sunrise Yoga provides a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing - something that's invaluable in todays stressed-out society. Sunrise Yoga will always finish with a meditation cool down that will encourage you to ease your thoughts and take time for yourself.

Sunrise Flow

45 minutes of a yoga and pilates inspired workout class to uplifting movement, that will leave you energized and motivated to conquer the day. *55 minute format includes 5 minute meditation, check the schedule for current classes. * Barre + Flow combines Barre and Sunrise Flow in a 55 minute class.

HIIT Cardio/Core

Turn the heat up a notch with HIIT Cardio/Core! Start class warming up with simple body weight exercises. You will raise your heart rate with 15-20 minutes of cardio using just your body, incorporating plyometrics to challenge your body. Wrap it up with 10-15 minutes of core work using light/medium weights targeting the core of your body from your shoulders to your quads. While this class offers high intensity, challenging options, I also give plenty of options for the beginning fitness enthusiast, so everyone receives a rewarding class.

Barre

A ballet inspired workout class that incorporates small movements with small weights and body weight, and combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. You will workout to upbeat music in a positive and fun atmosphere while feeling aspects of ballet infused into the workout. * Barre + Flow combines Barre and Sunrise Flow in a 55 minute class.

Step Up!

Step will leave you feeling energized! This class uses a step with optional risers and trains your body to move on and off with fun combinations of movement. The athletic aspect is optional! Olivia will give you the options and tools you need to feel successful whether your focus is simply a good cardio workout, or feeling like an athlete incorporating plyometrics. We will even toss in some fun with speed and party aspects. * Step Up/Power Hour Combo is 20 minutes of Step up and 25 minutes of Power Hour.

Pump It Up!

45 minutes of strength training set to the best up beat music, guaranteed to raise your heart rate while toning and strengthening. In Power Up! you can expect high repetitions using barbells and dumbbells, focusing on each major muscle group, one fantastic song at a time.

Power Hour

45 minutes of strength training. Train in intervals covering all your major muscle groups. Medium to heavy weights recommended. All exercises can be done with dumbbells or a barbell. * Step Up/Power Hour Combo is 20 minutes of Step up and 25 minutes of Power Hour.

Barre + Flow

Barre is a ballet inspired workout class that incorporates small movements with small weights and body weight, and combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. Class begins with a warm-up flow, engaging the entire body. You will workout to upbeat music in a positive and fun atmosphere while feeling aspects of ballet infused into the workout. Class concludes with a series of stretches designed to cool down the body while still breathing and feeling the energy of the workout.

Beginning Adult Ballet

For the beginner dancer, or the dancer craving a slower paced class. Class will be geared towards a beginner level. Barre work will be performed mostly with two hands on the barre and center work will focus on proper technique, balance, and core engagement.

Adult Ballet

Open Adult Ballet is for all dancers. Class will typically be geared towards an intermediate level, but I do my best to read the room and make it a rewarding atmosphere for all levels of dancers. This one hour 15 minute class will focus on proper alignment, technique and vocabulary while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere exploring ballet technique.

Alphabet Animal Yoga

Get ready to ROAR! This class for independent 3-5 year olds centers on movement, balance, flow and breath. While also having fun! Children will be guided through the alphabet with various animal inspired yoga poses and dynamic movements, exploring all that the body can do. Please send a water bottle with your child. Optional to bring a yoga mat, some are provided. Socks with grips are encouraged.

Move & Groove!

This class is centered around the child with an emphasis on movement, music, and fun! Parents/Guardians and children will be guided through a dynamic movement class that begins with a warm up and musical fun, explores motor skills of the body from head to toe and finishes with gentle yoga inspired stretches. All guardians are encouraged to be hands on with their children, helping and assisting to keep the class moving, and fun! Please bring water bottles for the whole family.

Mini Movers

Mini Movers is for ages 3-5. Join us in a supportive environment to explore movement and music! Through guided songs and movement children will explore self-expression and gain confidence. Children will improve their coordination, balance and body awareness. No dance attire required! Wear socks, comfy clothes, and bring a water bottle.

Twirling Twows

This 30 minute class is your child's introduction to creative movement and imagination! Dancers will be exposed to different sounds and movements to ignite their motion, balance and listening skills in a warm and open environment. This class is a "stepping stone" into dance! Parent/guardian involvement is encouraged as we invite your child to enter the classroom and begin to follow teacher instructions.

Beginning Adult Ballet is for beginner dancers, or dancers wanting to fine tune their technique and get back to the basics. This one hour class over a series of weeks, will begin from the ground up. What is 1st position? What is a plié? Come learn the basics through proper alignment, technique and vocabulary while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere exploring ballet technique.
