Aerial Northeast, located in Kingston, New Hampshire, is a premier destination for aerial arts and a variety of dance disciplines. Founded in 2022 by owner and director Diana Bernier, the studio has a rich history, evolving from a program established at Steppin’ Out Dance Academy in 2006. Bernier, with extensive training from The New England Center for Circus Arts, leads a passionate team of instructors dedicated to fostering self-expression, empowerment, and fun. Aerial Northeast specializes in a comprehensive aerial arts curriculum for all skill levels, aged 5 to adult, featuring apparatus such as Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Sling, and Lyra. The studio offers a dedicated 6-week Sling program, half-day Aerial Camps, and 3-day Aerial Workshops for beginners and intermediate/advanced students. Classes run on a Main Season schedule from September to May, culminating in a Spring Showcase. Beyond aerials, Aerial Northeast offers a rich selection of dance styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap. The studio's team of instructors includes Sara, Crystal, Di, Kit Gould (with a BA in Dance from UNH), Jordan, Jakki, Brianna Gingue (trained in Fabric and Lyra), Emilie Buchanan, Micaela Baney, and Liz McQuade. Each instructor brings diverse experiences and a commitment to creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Aerial Northeast prioritizes student safety and injury prevention, providing a welcoming space for all ages to explore their passion for movement and creativity.
