Silks are long fabric ribbons suspended from the ceiling, allowing dancers to climb, twist, drop, and flow through the air with breathtaking elegance. Silks builds Total-Body Strength, Endurance & Control; increases Flexibility & Body Awareness; develops Fluid Movement; and enhances Stage Presence & Dramatic Flair. The class includes fundamental skills including climbing, inversions, hanging upside down, and flexibility. As you progress, develop more strength and confidence, you may learn sequences, drops, slides, and flips.

Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, is a circular metal ring suspended from the ceiling used for acrobatic and dance-based movement above the ground. It blends strength, grace, and artistry perfect for dancers looking to expand their skills. Lyra builds Core Strength & Control; enhances Flexibility & Fluidity; boosts Confidence & Stage Presence; and adds Dynamic, 3D Movement to Style. Ballroom Fundamentals

Classes will focus on the basic elements of International Latin and Classic Ballroom. Depending on the pace of the class, the following ballroom technique elements will be introduced: alignment, grace, poise, posture, weight transfer, frame, rhythm, timing, musicality, forward-and-back movements, box steps, and arm and foot styling. Classes will cover ballroom styles such as Cha-Cha (a lively dance derived from the mambo, characterized by its catchy rhythm and quick steps), Samba (a Brazilian dance that incorporates rapid steps and a bouncing rhythm), and Jive (a lively, fast-paced dance that is generally danced to up-beat swing or contemporary music).

Hip Hop classes are led by Elysia Carrasca, Jenny LeProtto, and Ashley Gallotto. Hip Hop students participate in the annual recital. Hip Hop Crew includes the opportunity to perform and compete at two local competitions!

Combo X classes are for children who have learned the basics of Tap and Jazz. Combo X classes are appropriate for children with experience in Combo I/II or III. Combo X students participate in the annual recital. Combo X students interested in ballet training should enroll in Ballet for Age 5-7.
