Whether you are coming back from an injury or want a more one-on-one lesson, you can book a session at your convenience. Choose between a 30-, 45-, or 60-minute lesson with specialized instruction.

This course is most appropriate for those who just want to get those feet moving. In this class we focus on the basic technique and musicality. We have limited space for this course so be sure to contact us before your arrival!

This course is most appropriate for those who desire to learn to move creatively and express themselves more fluidly. A less formal discipline leaving behind the classical music and rigid class structure, come enjoy dance without limitations. Open to any experience level, the only requirement is the willingness to challenge your limitations and share a good laugh. Some features of this class are improvisation and intro to contact work.

This course is most appropriate for dancers eighteen and older who have a minimum of three years of formal ballet training. We spend less time on the basics and focus on maintaining quality technique and beautiful movement.

This course is most appropriate for dancers eighteen and older of any experience level. This class is offered intermittently throughout the year so please be aware of the posted dates underneath our weekly schedule. If you do not see any class date, there are no running classes for this course.

This course is most appropriate for those with less than two years of formal training. Don't be afraid if you have no experience, this is still the class for you. Here we work on building the basics, developing strength and strong technique. We have a loose dress code and a no-diva policy to help nurture an environment for everyone to learn.
