Patty Flowerday School of Dance, located in Penfield, New York, has been a cornerstone of dance education since its founding in 2011 by Miss Patty. With decades of experience, Miss Patty, a Master Jazz teacher, guides the studio in fostering a positive and encouraging environment. We offer a comprehensive dance education for ages 0 to adult, nurturing passion and igniting talent across a diverse range of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Acrobatics, and Breakdance. Our dedicated faculty, including Michelle Alfieri-Hammell, Sharon Casper-Detweiler, Marcia Vanderlee, Tanessa Martin, Kenney Sean Hopkins, Rachel Hirsch, Marah Reuter, Elisha Reuter, and Coach Sarah Hughes, bring a wealth of experience and passion to every class. Beyond technique, discipline, strength, and flexibility, we provide fitness classes like Zumba and Barre for a holistic approach to movement. Students have opportunities to develop skills for performance, with many pursuing professional careers. Our summer programs, such as 'Princess,' 'Wicked For Good,' and 'K POP Rockstar Camp,' offer exciting learning experiences. Summer intensives are crucial for competition team placement, focusing on essential techniques, musicality, terminology, and enhancing strength and flexibility.
