Offering a comprehensive curriculum for ages 3 and up, Maria's School Of Dance provides a diverse range of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acrobatic Arts, and Musical Theater. Under the seasoned guidance of choreographer Maria Torrence, with decades of experience and professional performance credits, the studio boasts a professional 3,000 sq ft space with three studios and a comfortable parent viewing area. Students are thoughtfully placed based on age, ability, and experience, ensuring age-appropriate choreography and costumes. The faculty includes experienced instructors such as Stacie Young-Aland, Angela Lansberry, Mindy Silver, Kristin Stockman, Erin Brown, Kara Aland, Sara Aland, Bethany Menjivar, Hayleigh Holt, and Jacqueline Herwig-Scott. Bethany Menjivar's extensive Broadway and choreography experience significantly enriches the Musical Theater program, while Erin Brown leads engaging Acro classes. Maria's School Of Dance caters to both recreational and competitive dancers. The Launch Program introduces young children to movement, while specialized programs like Overture 1, Adagio 1, Legato 1 and 2 offer structured learning. For aspiring performers, the Maria's School of Dance X Company (MSDX) offers challenging, intensive training across all styles, competing at high levels and earning numerous accolades. The competitive program accepts dancers via audition.
