Our brand new "The Little Gym" focuses on Pre-k students ages 2-3 and is a perfect way to introduce your little ones to gymnastics and dance in a safe, fun, and exciting positive environment. This class will work on coordination, fine motor skills and learn basic gymnastics skills. Most importantly have some SERIOUS FUN!

Our preschool Dance and Tumble combines gymnastics with creative movement and dance. Students are encouraged to explore rhythm and freedom of expression while incorporating basic gymnastic skills. The curriculum for this class focuses on body awareness, coordination, agility, and imaginative self-expression through movement. Ages 3 and up!

Contemporary/Lyrical is a class where the instructor can choose to teach either contemporary dance or lyrical dance or a combination where both styles are incorporated.

We are Hazleton's area #1 most equipped and largest gymnastics facility in the area. This class has an emphasis on teaching proper stretching techniques, shoulder flexibility, strength training and core tumbling skills: rolls, cartwheel, round-offs, handstands, back-bends, limbers, front and back walkovers, back handsprings, layouts, standing tucks and so on. Elite has a 40' Tumble-Trak "largest in the area", spring floor, air mats, full size matted floor and the areas only spotting system. Along with the basic equipment for both boys and girls gymnastics programs. Elite practices safety 1st!

Hip Hop is a dance style usually danced to hip-hop music, that evolved from hip-hop culture. Hip-hop traditionally includes breaking, popping, locking as the foundation. However, in current day hip hop, you will find traditional hip hop dancers in addition to hip hop dancers that incorporate additional dance styles such as krumping, clowning, housing and even lyrical! Improvisation and interpretation are essential to hip hop dancing.

A form of dance which encompasses both Modern, Jazz and Ballet techniques and is performed to contemporary and classic vocal music.

The only type of dance which is native to America. Tap training develops rhythm and coordination as well as improving the ability to think and react spontaneously. With proper training, tap is also beneficial in developing creativity.

Jazz has been defined as “stylized theatrical dancing” based on many other forms of dance and influenced by American jazz music. It is the predominant form of dance used in the American Musical Theatre. It is usually performed to, but not necessarily limited to, the popular music of today.

Advanced form of ballet. Students are put on pointe only after extensive ballet training and then only with teacher approval.

Ballet is a classical dance form demanding grace, precision, flowing patterns and storytelling through movement. Ballet is a highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary based on French Terminology. Ballet technique and its French terminology are often used in many other styles of dance.
