Monthly fees cover competition practices, team tumbling, flexibility/conditioning and cheer dance technique. Fees do not fluctuate from month-to-month, nor change based on the number or length of practices in any particular month. Alamo Heights Xtreme Cheer is now offering a show team. There is no tryouts for this team, you just need to register below. Our showcase team will perform at 2 competitions in San Antonio. Show team will experience what it feels like to compete on a big stage along side fellow cheerleaders with out receiving a score. Through our program they will learn physical fitness along with important lessons such as respect, dedication, self-confidence, commitment, sportsmanship, and most importantly, teamwork.

All Star cheerleading is a competition sport that involves athletes to perform a 2.5 minute routine that consist of stunting, pyramids, group tumbling, jumps and a dance routine. Our Cheerleading program will focus not only physical fitness but will also learn important lessons such as respect, dedication, self-confidence, commitment, sportsmanship and most importantly, teamwork.

We offer fitness, tumbling and dance privates for those who are interested. Fridays and Saturdays are best for privates!

Perfect for dancers taking multiple styles (jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, acro, etc.). One flat rate — take as many classes as you want.

Designed for dancers and athletes who want to explore cheer basics or prepare for school cheer tryouts. Students learn motions, sharpness, jumps, basic stunts (if applicable), cheer strength and conditioning, and sideline performance skills.

Acro blends flexibility, control, strength, and technique with dance movement so dancers can safely incorporate tricks into choreography. Our Acro classes focus on flexibility, extension, core and back strength, balance, controlled transitions, handstands, variations, front and back walkovers, aerial progressions, and dance-integrated acro skills. Perfect for competitive dancers wanting to elevate their technique and performance.

Our tumbling classes are perfect for dancers, school cheerleaders, beginners, and athletes who want to learn cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers, back handsprings, aerials, running tumbling passes, standing tumbling skills, strength, conditioning, and body control. Each class follows a clear, safe progression so students build confidence and strength at the right pace.

This program is designed for Day School Students. Our teachers will provide the same loves and attention that Jen’s Dance Spot brings to our students at our studio. The class is a 45 minute class teaching motor skills through ballet basics. The structure of class teaches beginner positions, balance and control all while having fun in class.
