Classes

Line Dance

Line dancing is a choreographed dance where people perform steps in unison, standing in lines or rows. It’s common at social events and clubs. You don’t need a partner, which makes it accessible for everyone. It’s great for fitness, improving coordination, and having fun. Our group classes teach both popular and current line dances.

Pushpull/Hustle

Pushpull and Hustle have similar patterns and steps, while Hustle is a syncopated version of Pushpull. With the lady having multiple spins in a row and the dances being very rotational. In modern times, Pushpull and Hustle can be danced to a variety of music including disco, pop, and hip-hop.

Lindy Hop

Lindy Hop is very energetic, like most of the swing dances. It incorporates elements from jazz, tap, and Charleston.

Jive

Jive has rapid footwork with kicks and an animated character. Typically, Jive music is one of the fastest in the Swing category, danced to swing or rock music. Jive features times when the leader will occasionally lift the follower for a trick.

West Coast Swing
