LaShars Dance Studio, located in Logan, Utah, has been a cornerstone of dance education for over 50 years. Founded by LullaVe Davis and Sharlene Stokes, the studio is dedicated to fostering talent, building self-esteem, and cultivating a lifelong love for dance in students aged 3 and up. With a rich history and a commitment to excellence, LaShars offers professional training across a diverse range of genuine dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theatre. Students at all levels, from beginning to advanced, develop their skills under the guidance of a professional team of instructors who bring extensive dance, performing, and teaching experience. Jennifer Dean, the Owner/Instructor, boasts 42 years of dance experience and has been an integral part of the studio for 30 years. Instructors have award-winning backgrounds and performance experience with notable artists and events, including the 2002 Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Disney Magic Music Days. LaShars provides exceptional performing opportunities, including preparation for Fall Competitive Teams for the 2025-26 season. These competitive teams achieve recognition throughout Utah and gain invaluable experience performing at renowned venues like Disneyland, Stadium of Fire, and Tuachan, and by attending workshops led by nationally acclaimed choreographers. To further support its students, the studio features a Dance Shop stocked with essential dancewear, shoes, costumes, and accessories, creating a positive, professional, and safe environment for dancers to learn and grow.
