Take your hip-hop to the next level in this fun, high energy class where you will continue your Hiphop journey! We will review past year's fundamentals and then quickly move to more challenging progressions. Across the floor & Breaking will also be explored. Ages 8-12

This class is for the growing dancer ages 9 to 14 who has ventured into competition or who has been taking a class focused in ballet, lyrical, leaps and or jazz and is looking to continue challenging themselves with strong technique and a continued foundation in choreography, leaps, turns and jumps. last 15 to 20 minutes of this 90 minute class will be used at the instructor's discretion depending on the time of year. This may include going over comp pieces etc. AGES: 9 to 14. ReqUired class for Junior Comp Team.

A beautiful art form combining dance, tumbling and contortion. A strong emphasis on building strength and flexibility is a focus in this class. At this level a separate class in Lyrical, ballet or Jazz is strongly encouraged for those who would like to continue. To adequately bring this group to the next level in there training it is vital to have a focus in both dance and acro and there is not adequate time to train in both of these in an 1 hour class.

Leaps, Jumps and Turns with a strong emphasis in technique will be the focus in this class. The older more experienced dancer will continue there education and build upon what was learned from previous years. Required class for the Teen and Senior Comp team.

This time will be put to the side for the comp team and specific groups will be assigned at a later date.

Now this is going to be fun! A chance to dance with your dancer in this fun, high energy dance class that will build strong connections and guarantee core memories made. This class is for all and their little loves. For the Mom, Dad, Grandparents and kids! Ages 8 and up. For those interested we will learn a small routine that we will perform at the end of the year recital!

Yes you can!! All are welcome to this fun, supportive and amazing class with other adults looking to move their bodies, laugh and just have a great time!

Ages 9 AND UP: Another regular class must be taken in addition to help support this one. THIS class is for anyone who loves to create! Each week we will focus on different exercises that will allow your imagination and creativity to be let loose on the dance floor. Both individual and group work will be focused on throughout the season. Our focus will be on helping you become more confident in your own skills and creativity while helping you become a well-rounded choreographer. The end of the year performance will display your masterpiece!

This class is for anyone with experience in improv and choreo , who loves to create, and who has the tools that are needed to think beyond basic movement theory. Each week we will focus on different exercises that will allow your imagination and creativity to be let loose on the dance floor. Both individual work and group work will be focused on throughout the season as you build confidence in becoming a more well rounded choreographer. The end of the year showcase will display your masterpiece either as a group or as a solo.

This mix of Acro Dance, Gymnastics and beam class is a great way to continue the skills you have already learned and want to build on. At least 2 years of Gym hop, or gymnastics is a prerequisite to this class. This is a great place to continue your journey if you love to mix dance with tumbling, balancing, flexibility and fusing movement with gymnastics. Those who took this class last year will polish up on the skills learned and be introduced to more challenging skills once they are ready. This is a one of a kind class that will get you ready for classes at a higher level in the future. Although not mandated, Taking lyrical, ballet, hip hop or musical theater is suggested in addition to this class to enhance the skills within this acro dance class. Ages: 7.5-12

This is creative movement at its best! Ballet, Jazz, tumbling and even tap will be explored in a way that makes moving exciting! As parents we will see our littles learning the foundation of dance all while fostering a love for movement! Creative movement and imagination are components in allowing little minds to embrace the beauty of dance and all it has to offer. Making friendships and connections with those around them is also something that makes dance so special. Ages 3-6

This class is for the Petite comp team and invite only. this class will start with ballet technique at the ballet barre focusing on all of the elements of strength ,stretch, agility and proper posture and alignment. We will then mover center and across the floor. Integrating movement and combos using what was taught will also be an important part of this class. AGES: 8-13 Comp practice for this group will follow this class. 5:45 to 6:15. This schedule may be every other week and a SCHEDULE will be handed out closer to the start of the season.

WOW! 2 amazing classes in 1! This level 1 & 2 tap and Jazz class combines 2 fun genres into one fun filled packed class! The first half of class we will start with learning percussion, rhythm and timing as we make marvelous music with our feet and then switch gears to a fun filled jazz class filled with kicks, jumps, leaps and sass! Partner work and props will also be introduced! Tap shoes required Ages: 7-12.

Do you love telling stories through dance? Do you love the way dance makes you feel through each turn, kick or leap? This class will build on technique as we invite a free form of expressive movement and a variety of themes. Miss Trinity will help students explore connection between music and movement while teaching body awareness, basic technique and building the dancers confidence. ages 7-12

The same great high energy gymnastics class with some cool dance moves thrown in to add a little oomph!! Similar to Gym Hop but for your level 1 and 2 tumbler and dancer! Those who took this class last year will continue to build on skills already taught! AGES: 6-9 or with permission

Tendue,Echappe, Plie and everything Ballet! This class will teach level beginner to beginner intermediate ballet all while creating strong, beautiful and elegant dancers. Ballet Barre, Center work and across the floor will be taught in this class. This is where great technique starts and ballet dancers are made:) Ages: 6.5 to 11

This Ballet class will help develop strong technique through body awareness and connection. A strong focus on ballet principles are executed first at the barre, then center and eventually across the floor. Strong minds, and strong bodys produce elegant results and execution. AGES: 10-14 All Petite comp dancers must take this class

This class will start with a warm up touching on the use of isolations and the art of staying grounded while exploring the elements of Hiphop dance. A good stretch followed by a combo in different styles of Hiphop will be explored throughout the season.

This class will start with an integrative warm up, dynamic stretch and then across the floor progressions. We will then take center to explore different styles of hip-hop in various combos throughout the season.

This Ballet class is for the more experienced and older dancer. We will continue to build upon the foundation of previous classes in order to move forward in the teaching and execution of ballet terminology, movement and technique. Barre, Center work and across the floor can be expected in this class. AGES: 13 AND UP. ALL TWEEN & TEEN COMP DANCERS MUST TAKE THIS CLASS.

Now this is going to be fun! Parents, Grandparents and Guardians get a chance to take a class with their dancer in this fun, high energy dance class that will build strong connections and guarantee core memories made. Ages 7.5 and up. October 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

Same fun class as the intermediate but at a chiller pace. take your time, move your body and enjoy all that is dance! Starts in January. 5 week session.
