Students can explore their passion through classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Musical Theater, Acrobatics, Aerial, and Zumba, as well as Barre and Zumba fitness classes. For the youngest dancers, programs like 'Dance with Me' and 'Tiny Tot' introduce creative movement and early technical skills in a fun and engaging environment, with specific programs for ages 1.5 and up, and for ages 3-4. The curriculum is structured with progressive levels, from 'Mini Mover' for ages 5-6 to advanced students, ensuring age-appropriate instruction and skill development. Concurrent ballet enrollment is a requirement for lyrical students to ensure comprehensive training. Dedicated dancers have the opportunity to join the Lyrique Dance Competition Team, which holds auditions for those interested in performing and competing. The esteemed faculty includes dedicated instructors such as Kaitlyn Thrush, Jill Signer, Kalene Scott, Dana Cartaya, Kasey Lynn, Paige Sandler, Jackie Morgan, Paisley Kupka, Casey Ridenour, Kennedy Keller, Avery Hamilton, and Ashlyn Lowry, each bringing unique expertise and experience. Jazz

Level 3 is our intermediate level. Level 3 Ballet dancers take twice per week to progress their technique. Having your dancer take Ballet, Lyrical, and Jazz develops their dance skills. Ballet is the most important dance class and where all technique develops. Ballet is required for dancers to take Lyrical. Lyrique level 3 dancers develop a sense of community at the studio and enjoy progressing their skills together. Dancers taking Lyrical and Jazz need to be enrolled in Ballet for their level.

What better memory than those tiny dance feet and happy smiles! This is our first independent level at Lyrique Dance. Creative movement is introduced through exciting song and dance with an instructor who keeps dancers engaged.

Dance with Me (Walking to 3yrs)

The perfect start to dance and bonding with your child. Dance class for children ages 1.5-3 which is music and movement based. We will engage with props and dance alongside Mommy, Daddy, or another adult.

Adult Ballet

Our Adult Ballet class is designed for dancers of all levels, from beginners to those with prior experience. This class focuses on refining technique, introducing foundational movements, and extending ballet skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Ballet offers numerous benefits, including improved posture, flexibility, and strength. This class does not perform in the recital.

Class begins January 7th and continues until May 20th
Level 3

Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, Acro Intermediate group. Prerequisites include Level 2 or placement class for new students. Ballet 3 students take twice per week. Lyrical/Jazz students need to be registered for a Ballet class.

Level 2

Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, Acro This level increases the level of technique. Prerequisites include Level 1 or placement class for new students. Ballet 2 students take twice per week. Lyrical/Jazz students need to be registered for a Ballet class.

Level 1

Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Acro, Hip Hop This level Introduces proper technique, strength, and proper terminology. *Students need to be enrolled in a ballet class if registered for lyrical to learn proper technique.

Mini Mover

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro Combination classes for students ages 5-6. Students learn technique in a fun and exciting class .

Tiny Tot

Introductory ballet or ballet and tap combination class for students ages 3-4. Creative movement is introduced through exciting song and dance.

Dance with Me

Students will dance to fun movement pieces and engage with some fun props alongside Mommy, Daddy, or another adult.
