They learn to interpret music, tell stories through dance, and refine their technical skills through characterization, choreography, and improvisation.

Tap

Fun and fast paced! Knee, ankle and foot articulation, coordination and speed of movement are developed and refined as dancers progress through our Tap levels. Instructors will place an emphasis on proper technique, rhythm, coordination, and musicality.

Ballet/Tap

Tumble Tots

Our Tumble Tots program introduces young students to movement and motion in a fun, safe environment that offers tremendous benefits for their development. Children practice beginner-level gymnastics skills while also building gross motor abilities that challenge both mind and body. Along the way, they develop important social skills—such as sharing and taking turns—that can make a lasting impact on their growth and learning.

Lyrical Contemporary

Blending elements of ballet, jazz, and acro, these expressive styles focus on emotional storytelling through movement. Dancers develop strong technique while learning to interpret music and lyrics physically. Ballet and acro training help support the athleticism and artistry needed for advanced performance.

Ballet/Tap ( Ages 3-5 )

During the ballet portion of this combo class, children learn basic ballet terminology, positions, movements and coordination. These elements are taught and practiced through creative movement in a fun, nurturing environment. The tap portion emphasizes teaching basic motor skills, rhythm and coordination while learning basic tap steps. Students also learn important social skills (sharing, taking turns etc.) which can make a significant impact on learning and maturing. Students in this class can also benefit greatly from our “Tumble Tots” class.

Jazz

Students learn jazz steps, isolations, turns, leaps, and combinations with a strong focus on technique and performance quality. As dancers progress, the difficulty increases significantly. Ballet and acro training are highly recommended to support the technical and athletic demands of upper-level jazz.

Hip Hop

This is a high energy class where our instructors teach cutting edge dance moves while developing rhythm, coordination and musicality. Choreography, without suggestive music or movements, is learned and all students are encouraged to bring their own style and personality to the movements.

Ballet

Students will learn ballet terminology, technique, and execution of classical ballet while learning proper body alignment, movement quality, and carriage of the upper body. Strength, flexibility, stamina, poise, and presence will be taught and developed. Ballet is the foundation for most forms of dance. The elements learned in Ballet are essential for Jazz, Tap, Lyrical/Contemporary and Acro.

Acro

This non-performing class builds strength, flexibility, balance, and control through fundamental acrobatic skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbends, progressing to walkovers and aerials. Perfect for students looking to boost agility and overall body conditioning.

Pre-Professional

Our Pre-Professional classes focus on refining advanced technique and building artistic expression. Dancers will train in multiple styles, pointe, variations, choreography, and conditioning. The program also includes valuable lessons in audition prep, nutrition, injury prevention, resume writing, and guidance for pursuing professional dance opportunities.

Musical Theatre

Dancers are taught technical aspects of these forms lyrical and contemporary while learning to emotionally interpret music and lyrics with movement. Ballet and acro will greatly enhance a dancer’s ability to improve technique and perform athletic moves (tricks) that are required for upper level lyrical/contemporary dancers.
