Green Bay School of Dance

While not all of our students will go on to professional careers as dancers, pre-professional dance training is training for life. Many of our students stay in the arts, attending schools such as Peck School of the Arts at UW-Milwaukee. Whatever they choose to do in life, the discipline, confidence and ability to work with others that are developed in a supportive and competitive environment will serve them well.

Summer Intensives Include: School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Milwaukee Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey, Ballet Austin, Ballet West, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, North Carolina School for the Arts, Carolina Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Ballet Magnificat, Ballet Chicago, Joffrey Ballet.

Technique, Pointe, and Modern/Hip Hop/Contemporary Classes will be offered in the mornings. Schedule T.B.A.

This package is designed to train dancers for the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP). It includes an initial consultation for variation selection, registration, and a family meeting. It also covers 20 rehearsals with GBSD faculty (up to 4 teachers), video and instructional materials, and costume, hair, and makeup consultation. Multiple instructors are provided for half the traditional price, and payment options are available. Contemporary choreography is available at an additional fee. The price has been kept at half of the industry standard to serve the local dance community while maintaining a high caliber of faculty experience.
