Absolute Danz teaches Ballroom Dance Lessons, including American Style Smooth as well as International Style Standard. American Style Smooth consists of Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. International Style Standard consists of Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.

Absolute Danz also teaches a variety of club style dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Hustle, and Jitterbug.

International Latin consists of Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.

American Style Rhythm consists of Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, and Mambo. International Latin consists of Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.
