Modern Dance is an optional class offered during the week of August 4th as part of the Summer Intensive for ages 12 years and older.

Baile Folklórico is an optional class offered during the week of July 28th as part of the Summer Intensive for ages 12 years and older.

West African dance is an optional class offered during the week of July 21st as part of the Summer Intensive for ages 12 years and older.

Ballet class for ages 12 years and older as part of a Summer Intensive program with multiple sessions and weekly tuition.

Pointe & Variations class for ages 12 years and older as part of a Summer Intensive program with multiple sessions and weekly tuition.

Our Elementary I and II classes encourage students, of 7+ years of age, to bring their curiosity and imagination with them as they begin exploring classical ballet. Elementary I & II classes create a strong foundation for ballet technique as dancers gain strength and develop control of the correct muscles to master the physicality and art of ballet.

It's time for pointe! Pointe work allows students, of 11+ years of age, to dive ever deeper into more technically-advanced ballet, where they further develop their ballet vocabulary and explore their own unique movement qualities. Students continue to enjoy the process as classwork becomes more challenging and their confidence, discipline, and artistry grow. They’re encouraged to deepen their understanding of ballet as a performance art, applying musicality and interpretation. Training emphasizes strength development, coordination, and ensemble work, preparing dancers to move cohesively as a corps de ballet.

Students, of 15+ years of age, develop mastery of the complexities of pre-professional ballet technique and vocabulary, leading to increased self-confidence. Our Advanced program allows for individuals to assess and work on their distinct strengths and goals. They continue to work with peers to gain experience dancing as a core unit, or corps de ballet, as well as dancing leading roles in our twice-yearly productions. Students also continue to explore their personal responses to music and choreography to encourage the unique development of each dancer.
