Technique Dance Company, located in Statesboro, Georgia, is a premier dance studio dedicated to fostering artistic growth and technical proficiency in dancers of all ages and levels. Founded by Statesboro native Mathyn Miller, the studio offers a comprehensive curriculum encompassing Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Musical Theater. Mathyn brings a wealth of experience, having trained extensively and taught for several years, honing her skills under renowned choreographers. Our esteemed teaching staff includes Emily Potter, a dedicated dancer and Georgia Southern Dance Team member passionate about working with young students, and Madelyn Wolfe, a versatile dancer and choreographer with extensive training and international performance experience, including a residency with the Martha Graham Dance Company. Technique Dance Company provides a diverse range of classes, encouraging exploration of various dance forms within a supportive and encouraging environment. All classes are placement by instructor only, ensuring proper guidance for each student. Beyond regular instruction, the studio features a Performing Company for advanced dancers seeking dedicated training and performance opportunities, alongside Summer Intensives. We are committed to developing well-rounded performers through quality instruction and diverse programs.
