Pua La`a is a highly skilled & experienced professional dancer. Her unique style & mastery of technique creates an enriched multi-faceted learning envi- ronment. She has trained extensively in hula, tahitian, chinese dance, martial arts, acrobatics, yoga, tai ji, qi gong, middle eastern belly dance, and fire dancing. She has performed professionally world wide; as a soloist and with numerous dance troupes in a variety of genres. Pua La’a is a certified yoga instructor, a licensed masseuse & a certified Rolf Method Structural Integration Practitioner. Her in-depth studies allow for a holistic & therapeutic approach in her teaching; which is grounded in proper alignment while infused with love & creative inspiration.

Private, Celebrity & Corporate clientele, in a variety of settings, i.e.: weddings, celebrations, holidays, parties, conventions, luaus, blessing events, musical concerts, etc.

Currently in development, the KLC is a Public Charter School serving grades 7-12 on the North Shore of Kauai. This program offers instruction in Hawaiian Language, Arts, Dance, Values & Culture along with DOE curriculum. A school without walls, it incorporates hands on project learning. Connecting elders and teachers in the community to share their knowledge with the youth, thus passing on wisdom and traditions of the past to the future generations. Pua La`a will be teaching Dance, Yoga, & helping to guide young women to be graceful & empowered women at the Kilohana Learning Center.
